PARTNERSHIP PLAN FAQ

  • When you get started on your partnership plan, you will receive an invitation to your own project communication hub where all your active projects will be available for us to communicate and work together!

  • In all of our partnership plans, you are able to submit as many requests with full information and within our timeline guide that you need! The timeline guide ensures that everyone will get what they need on time.

  • All of our partners are billed monthly and payments are set up for ACH transfer to save you from all those nasty fees. Invoices go out on the 20th of every month and are due by the 25th.

  • There are no contracts here! If you need to end your partnership with us for any reason, we simply ask that you give us 60 days notice. If your circumstances necessitate a quicker departure, just let us know and we will do anything we can to help.
